History

Youngevity International Inc was founded in April 1997 by Gregory and Melanie Reynolds in Chula Vista, California. In 2009, Youngevity International acquired a 50-year-old direct-marketing cosmetics company called Shop By Principle, Inc. In 2011, Youngevity began operating in Atomy, a South Korean-based direct sales company. In 2017, Youngevity acquired Vintage Health and Beauty, an English-based home party and direct-marketing company.
