His business interests have taken him into food, hospitality, fitness, and recreation. Today, he owns Prima Pizzeria and Lucky Horse Tavern in Valley View, Pennsylvania, as well as Bullpen Fitness Recreation.
Those ventures may look different on the surface. Yet they connect to parts of Deibler’s life that go back years. Sports, competition, community, and bringing people together have remained common themes.
“I have always been interested in doing things that keep me connected to people,” Deibler says. “That can look different depending on the business, but the community is always important.”
How Sports Shaped Arthur Deibler’s Career
Before entrepreneurship became part of his life, sports came first.
Growing up, Deibler was passionate about athletics. He became a standout football player in high school. The experience gave him an early introduction to competition, teamwork, preparation, and responsibility.
Football also showed him that an idea or goal means little without execution.
“You can have a plan for what you want to do, but eventually you have to go out and do it,” Deibler says. “Sports taught me a lot about that.”
That lesson would later become relevant in business. Starting or operating a company requires more than enthusiasm. An owner has to turn an idea into something that works in everyday life.
After high school, Deibler attended Lebanon Valley College, graduating in 2013.
His education became another step between his early athletic years and the business career that followed.

Deibler eventually took on ownership roles in Valley View, Pennsylvania.
One of those businesses is Prima Pizzeria. He also owns Lucky Horse Tavern.
Running businesses in food and hospitality placed Deibler in industries where customer expectations are immediate. A restaurant cannot depend only on a concept. The experience has to work day after day.
That means paying attention to operations, people, and the role a business plays in its community.
“A good idea is the starting point,” Deibler says. “Then you have to make it work for the people who actually come through the door.”
Owning local establishments also gave Deibler experience with a simple reality of entrepreneurship: business decisions have a human side.
Customers are often neighbors and familiar faces. Employees are part of the same broader community. A local business becomes part of people's routines.
For Deibler, that connection has remained important as his career has expanded.

Bullpen Fitness Recreation brought another major idea into Deibler’s career.
The business also created a clear link back to his athletic background.

“Bullpen connects with something I have cared about for a long time,” Deibler says. “I grew up around sports, so being involved with fitness and recreation feels natural.”
The move also shows how Deibler has approached new ideas.
He has not confined himself to one industry. Instead, his career spans several types of businesses that serve everyday needs and interests.
Food brings people together. Hospitality creates social spaces. Fitness and recreation give people opportunities to stay active.
Each venture requires its own approach, but all three areas depend heavily on understanding people.

Deibler’s interests still reflect the active lifestyle that influenced him early in life.
He enjoys running, fishing, mini golf, old sports cars, and Penn State football.
Running, in particular, fits naturally alongside his background in sports and his involvement in fitness. His other interests provide a balance between competition, recreation, and time away from daily business responsibilities.
Community involvement is another part of his life. Deibler volunteers at Hebron United Methodist Church in Millersburg, Pennsylvania.
“For me, community involvement is about showing up,” he says. “It doesn't have to be complicated. You find ways to be part of the place around you.”

Looking across Deibler’s career, the notable part is not one single business.
It is his willingness to take ideas from different industries and turn them into operating ventures.

“You learn as you go,” Deibler says. “The important thing is taking what you have learned and putting it into the next thing you build.”
