The Property segment acquires and rents commercial properties. The company was formerly known as A.P. Eagers Limited and changed its name to Eagers Automotive Limited in July 2020. Eagers Automotive Limited was founded in 1913 and is based in Newstead, Australia.

Eager Inc. was founded in 1949 by John Eager. He was an engineer by trade and was looking to create revolutionary auto-parts. After securing capital and finding a factory, he began producing parts and selling them all over the world. His original vision was to create the most sought-after auto-parts of the time, and his legacy lives on today. We continue to deliver value through highly engineered and durable parts.
