AbraSilver Resource Corp. operates as a precious metals exploration company in Argentina, Chile, and Canada. It primarily explores copper, gold, and silver ores. It holds 100% interest in the Diablillos property which covers an area of approximately 79 square kilometres located in the Salta province of northwestern Argentina; and the Aguas Perdidas property covering an area of 6,300 ha in Chubut Province, Argentina. 

It also has an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the La Coipita project that covers an area of 70,000 hectares in San Juan province, Argentina. The company was formerly known as AbraPlata Resource Corp. and changed its name to AbraSilver Resource Corp. in March 2021. AbraSilver Resource Corp. was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.

The company was founded in 1993 by a team of experienced mining professionals who have been involved in the exploration and development of mineral deposits for over 25 years. AbraSilver’s goal is to acquire and develop advanced-stage gold and silver projects in mining-friendly jurisdictions.

Since its inception, AbraSilver has acquired a number of advanced-stage gold and silver projects in Mexico, Argentina, and the United States. The most notable of these projects is the La Primavera gold-silver project located in the Mexican state of Durango.

AbraSilver has also been involved in exploration programs in Mexico, Argentina, and the United States, and has conducted extensive due diligence on numerous projects. The company’s exploration and development activities are managed and overseen by a team of experienced geologists and engineers with years of experience in the mineral exploration and development sector.

In addition to its exploration and development activities, AbraSilver is also involved in the acquisition and development of mining rights in Mexico and Argentina. The company has established a strong presence in both countries and is actively seeking new opportunities to acquire and develop additional mining rights.
