History
AGTech was founded in 2001 as an IT service and product provider for the entertainment and gambling industries. Initially, AGTech focused on digital and gaming products for China's licensed gaming operators. But soon the company began to expand globally, setting up offices in Europe and the United States, and establishing partnerships in countries around the world. In 2014, AGTech was admitted to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
