Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited was established on 31st March, 1985. The company was created through a joint venture of the Government of Bangladesh and Mr. Tarique Super Market. The company is listed on the Dhaka Stock Exchange and is a member of the Insurance Development and Regulatory Council of Bangladesh.
