The approach of offering elevated basics which can be worn with an assortment of accessories enables customers to effortlessly curate their ideal wardrobe.
History
A fashion label acclaimed for its elevated season-less basics made sustainably in the United States using the softest fibers, Bleusalt was founded in 2017 by Lyndie Benson and draws inspiration from her Malibu lifestyle. “I have always been obsessed with beautiful cashmere... Luxurious clothing that looked good on the beach for a bonfire and just as good when you were at Nobu for dinner. So once I found the fabric and perfected it for Bleusalt, the inspiration was already fully realized in my daily life and aesthetic,” Benson told The New Yorker.
The foundation of Bleusalt is its timeless designs that can be styled together or worn separately and effortlessly transition from a day at the the beach to a formal dinner depending on personal styling and accessories. The garments are breathable, shrink-resistant, can be machine-washed and easily layered. All the garments are available in basic colors and Bleusalt periodically introduces new colorways.
Inclusivity is one of the pillars of the fashion label as it offers a size-inclusive range from XXS to 3X for both women and men. Made a hundred per cent in the United States, the brand maintains a Los Angeles-based supply chain and utilises Tencel Modal Fibers sustainably sourced from renewable raw wood materials and manufactured through environmentally responsible processes. These fibers- known for exceptional softness- epitomise a new standard of sustainability and natural comfort.
In alignment with their ethos of minimizing waste, Bleusalt adopts minimal waste packaging practices, avoiding the use of plastic. Orders are packaged in reusable Bleusalt canvas bags and shipped in recycled boxes. The brand does not attach tags to their products. Every order includes a card providing care tips for the garments, which is made from wildflower seeds. This eco-friendly card can be planted, and after approximately six weeks, beautiful wildflowers will bloom.
