Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, together with its subsidiary, Capstone Power Corp., provides renewable energy to homes and businesses in Canada. As of March 22, 2022, the company owned and operated a gross installed capacity of approximately 776 megawatts across 30 facilities in Canada, including wind, solar, hydro, natural gas, and biomass power plants. Capstone Infrastructure Corporation was formerly known as Macquarie Power and Infrastructure Corporation and changed its name to Capstone Infrastructure Corporation in April 2011. The company was founded in 2004 and is based in Toronto, Canada. Capstone Infrastructure Corporation operates as a subsidiary of Irving Infrastructure Corp.
