History

Chanticleer Holdings was founded in 2005. Since then it has acquired 50% interest in Hooters of America, a well-known restaurant brand with over 430 restaurants in the United States. The company also owns, operates and franchises a portfolio of fast casual and full service restaurant brands, including American Burger Co, BGR-Burgers Grilled Right, and Little Big Burger.
