The company was incorporated as ‘Confidence Articles and Services Private Limited’ on 6th April 1981 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company and registered as ‘Confidence Petroleum India Limited’ on 15th October 1984. The corporate office of the company is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company is majorly engaged in the business of retail outlets, LPG distribution and manufacturing, importing and trading of petroleum products.
