Cyxtera Technologies emerged in 2017 from the combination of a group of leading data center, security and analytics companies, including Dallas-based SecureData, CenturyLink’s data center, hosting and managed services business, and Mexico’sSIBE. As a result of these acquisitions and combination, Cyxtera Technologies became the third largest data center provider in the world.
