History

Founded in 1967, SITE Centers Corporation was initially known as RAMCO Properties before taking on their current name in 2004. At that time, SITE Centers Corporation owned 739 shopping centers. They continued to grow and in 2011, SITE Centers sold over 400 shopping centers to Retail Properties of America, Inc.
