Biography
Diana Gajic was born with a migration background, which strongly shaped her values, outlook, and professional direction. From an early stage in her life, she developed a deep interest in people, fairness, and opportunity. This background later became central to her work in recruitment, leadership development, and inclusion within the technology sector.
She began her professional journey in human resources while studying Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she gained practical experience as a working student in HR at Vivento Interim Services GmbH, a former joint venture of Deutsche Telekom and Manpower. This period, from 2008 to 2011, laid the foundation for her long-term career in talent acquisition.
In 2011, Diana started her professional HR career at ORBIT Gesellschaft für Applikations- und Informationssysteme mbH. She played a key role in setting up the company’s first internal recruitment department. From 2012 to 2016, she worked at FERCHAU Engineering, where she managed recruitment strategies across IT, engineering, and aerospace sectors and led recruiting teams working on complex hiring projects.
Between 2016 and 2017, Diana joined EPLAN as Recruitment Manager. Here, she focused on hiring technical and leadership talent and helped establish global recruiting hubs across North America, Asia, and the Nordic countries. From 2017 to 2022, she worked at Deutsche Telekom as a Senior Recruiter in Global Talent Acquisition, managing full life-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technology and corporate roles across Germany.
In May 2022, Diana joined SAP as Senior Executive Recruiter and Talent Discovery Executive for the EMEA and MEE regions. She holds full responsibility for executive recruiting across multiple countries. Alongside this role, she supported SAP’s Chief People Officer as an Executive Communications Fellow between 2023 and 2024 and currently serves as a Local Inclusion Ambassador, leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Diana is also a certified systemic coach and change manager, trained at INeKO, University of Cologne.
