In 2012, Dwight began his professional journey as a developer intern at Gilt Groupe, a popular online marketplace. This initial experience gave him insight into the world of technology and e-commerce. He then moved to Taboola, a content discovery platform, where he took on a full-time role. Dwight’s skills in product management and development were evident during this time, leading him to his next career move.
 

From 2014 to 2016, Dwight worked at Localytics, a startup focused on mobile analytics and marketing. Localytics was later acquired by Upland, a move that helped Dwight build a deeper understanding of product management in a rapidly growing tech environment. During this time, he also explored roles in corporate ventures and startup spaces.
