Established in 1828, Boustead is one of the oldest companies in Singapore and has been part of the nation’s history since its founding. The company is today a leading business and industrial services provider with a strong base in the engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors.
History

In 1975, Boustead & Co split into four entities: Boustead Plc in London , Boustead Holdings Berhad in Malaysia, Boustead Singapore Limited, and Boustead China Co, Ltd.

The major shareholder of BHB is Malaysian military pension fund, Lembaga Tabung Angkatan Tentera .
