The company was formerly known as D. Diamantidis - Ch. Courouclis & Associates. Elinoil Hellenic Petroleum Company S.A. was founded in 1954 and is headquartered in Kifissia, Greece. Elinoil Hellenic Petroleum Company S.A. is a subsidiary of ELINOIL SA.
History

Elinoil Hellenic Petroleum is the result of a merger agreement between Elinturyol Lubricants S.A. and Parasuco S.A. both of which are subsidiaries of Hellenic Petroleum (the large Oil Company in Greece) and have a long history in the market. The Group’s corporate history dates back to the early 2000s when the two companies first began trading. Over the years the companies have grown to become leading players in their respective industry segments.
