Embassy Office Parks REIT is India’s first listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The REIT launched in 2019, is sponsored by Blackstone, Embassy Group and GIC. It has a portfolio of 33 million sq. ft. of assets, across five cities and nine assets, that cater to over 250 global and Indian customers. It is managed by an experienced team led by Mr. Rajesh Gokhale.
History

Embassy Office Parks REIT was created out of the merger of Embassy REIT and Blackstone holding entities in Jan 2019, after an in-principle approval was granted by India’s Securities and Exchange Board (SEBI). The REIT is India’s first listed REIT and has a portfolio of 33 million sq. ft. of assets, across five cities and nine assets.
