History

Emerge Gaming was established in September 2017 by experienced entrepreneurs, Jon Athanassoulis and Marius Appel, who saw the potential of many emerging opportunities in the global online gaming industry and set out to build an innovative, highly synergistic and agile company. After a successful IPO in the same year, they acquired a string of forward-thinking companies, including The Online Gamer and NMX Esports, and grew their presence in the esports and gaming markets.
