History

Sabanci Holdings and Euxen founded Enerjisa in May of 2009. Over the next decade, Enerjisa grew into Turkey's leading integrated energy services company operating across multiple regions and sectors. In 2012, Enerjisa acquired major stakes in five distribution companies, thereby establishing its leadership position in supplying electricity and natural gas throughout Turkey. As of 2020, Enerjisa serves around five million electricity and natural gas customers in 22 provinces.
