Summary

Ethos Asset Management INC is an independent company based in the USA and participates a group of seven investment companies located in the USA, Portugal, Madrid, Dublin, London, Turkey, Zurich, with global outreach in project financing.

Ethos Asset Management generates its own funds from the Purchase and Sale of Fixed Income Assets and Securities. Ethos buys and sells Fixed Income Assets and Securities through brokerage accounts (sub-accounts in Numis and Oanda) in International Investment Banks such as HSBC, Barclays, or Credit Suisse. At the same time, our Fixed Income Assets and Securities clients mainly consist of pension funds from the USA and Australia. These entities are over-regulated via their Governments and National Authorities. As a result, we have the complete conviction and certification that our profits are constituted by clear, traceable funds.

To complete and diversify the portfolio, Ethos also decided to finance private and government sector projects, crossing continents and in all commercial sectors that are important to society, such as infrastructure, energy, natural resources and technology, resulting in the economic development of several countries. Ethos has developed a unique risk modulation model that allows us to provide financing with terms that are not available anywhere in the regular financial markets.

History

The history of Ethos Asset Management dates back to its predecessor, IHNCAM Advisory, which emerged between 2012 and 2014. During this period, IHNCAM Advisory introduced a novel approach to investment. Investors and investment funds sought the services of IHNCAM Advisory to utilize their proprietary algorithm by incorporating it into their brokerage accounts. This unique algorithm allowed investors to harness trading opportunities while assuming the inherent volatility risks associated with trading operations. The relationship was structured as a rental agreement where profits generated from the algorithm's use were shared with IHNCAM Advisory, creating a mutually beneficial partnership.

2015 - 2017: Evolution to Capital Investment and Management
Between 2015 and 2017, IHNCAM Advisory evolved its business model. Investors began entering into Capital Investment and Management Agreements with the firm. Under these arrangements, resources were entrusted to IHNCAM Advisory, giving them ownership of the funds. IHNCAM Advisory then directed investments directly within their own brokerage accounts. This strategic shift significantly reduced investors' exposure to market volatility, as fixed returns were negotiated, providing greater stability and security.

2018 - Present: Transition to Ethos Asset Management
In the years following 2017, IHNCAM Advisory underwent a transformative change and rebranded itself as Ethos Asset Management. This marked a new era for the organization, which now exclusively trades with its own accumulated resources. Ethos Asset Management has since expanded its global presence, establishing seven investment companies across various countries, including the USA, Portugal, Ireland, the UK, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Brazil, and South Africa. This strategic expansion reflects the firm's commitment to continued growth and adaptability in the ever-evolving landscape of asset management.

Today, Ethos Asset Management stands as a prominent player in the investment industry, offering a diversified range of services and demonstrating a remarkable evolution from its early days as IHNCAM Advisory. Its history underscores its ability to adapt and innovate in response to the changing needs and dynamics of the financial market.
