Evercopy was founded in April 2023 in the United States, with registration as a company in Delaware at 2803 Philadelphia Pike, Ste B-1131, Claymont, DE 19703. The company was started by three co-founders: Deniz Özgür, Erdal Çokol and Osman Selçuk Aktepe. 

 

Early on, the team identified a gap: marketing operations increasingly needed speed, personalisation and consistency, yet many brands found existing tools fragmented, slow or inconsistent with brand-governance needs.
 

In its initial phase, the company focused on building an AI-driven platform that could help brands generate multimedia ad creatives, such as banners, product visuals, video ads and email templates and automate campaign planning and management workflows across channels. 

 

The platform also emphasised brand consistency, data protection, and compliance with regulations. According to its leadership, Evercopy trained its model using the data of over 20,000 businesses, including a high proportion in regulated industries, so it could serve enterprise customers with serious guidelines.


By August 2023, the company had raised a seed funding round of approximately US$100,000, bringing total funding to?US$850,000 at that point. The investors included firms such as Alchemist Accelerator, 212, Simya?VC, Neo?Portfolio and 100th?Year Technology?Ventures. Evercopy registered a growth score of 70 and a CB rank of 67,560, as reported by Crunchbase.
