History

Exopharm was founded in 2014 by a team of experienced healthcare professionals. Our mission is to improve clinician-patient engagement and health outcomes for those with chronic conditions. We started out as a small team, but we have now grown to a 75-person organization, spanning multiple countries and markets.

Mission
Exopharm’s mission is to enable effective delivery of evidence-based remote care that leads to improved health outcomes and lower healthcare costs for chronic disease management.
Vision
Exopharm’s vision is a future where all hard-to-manage chronic conditions are managed with the highest standard of care possible, while reducing healthcare costs and easing the burden on physicians, clinicians and care providers.

We have also been awarded the Gold Steel Award at The European Information Technology Industry Awards 2020 in recognition of our innovative products.
