History

Fastighets AB Balder was founded in 1969 by entrepreneur and real estate investor Nils Gustafson, who still sits on the company's board. Since then, the company has grown into a major player in commercial and residential real estate markets. Over the years, the company has acquired and developed many notable properties including the iconic Royal Palace in Stockholm. As of 2020, Fastighets AB Balder has an extensive portfolio with holdings in all of the Nordics and Germany.
