History
Fibra Uno was founded in 2002 by Grupo Carso, a Mexican conglomerate led by billionaire Carlos Slim. Initially, the company focused on acquiring industrial and logistics properties in Mexico. In 2010, it expanded its portfolio to include retail, office and mixed-use properties.
