History

Franklin Street Properties Corp. (FSP) was founded in 1998 as an office REIT. FSP has slowly expanded its portfolio of holdings by acquiring and developing commercial properties, some of which are LEED and NAHB-certified. FSP’s property portfolio holds an impressive list of tenant clients, including Fortune 500 companies and major financial institutions.FSP began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market in 2001 and currently trades under the ticker symbol FSP.
