Summary
GLEAC is a platform that offers co-pilot learning, innovation, and problem-solving with industry experts. A community of more than 500 to level industry experts, GLEAC allows its users to showcase their skills to these experts, thereby increasing the avenues and opportunities.
In one of the episodes of the Dinis Guarda YouTube Podcast, Sallyann, the Founder and Chief Identity Hacker of GLEAC, said:
We open up your worldview, and allow you to meet with top industry experts in a live session. This way, we shorten the distance between you and your mentor, whom you may never otherwise meet, and bring you closer. Because the closer you are to something, the more you believe it's real and it can happen to you."
GLEAC offers an innovative app solution, Lovely Humans, that tokenises the personalities and work done by industry experts, like Dr. Patrick Hosein, Dr. Makoto Takemiya, and over 500 others, in the form of NFTs. This NFT lobby is the stepping stone for the first Metaverse Living Human Library of Wisdom, an interactive Wikipedia-styled directory in the metaverse.
GLEAC offers advanced curriculum for courses in emerging topics and soft skill sectors.
History
GLEAC's history goes back to 2007 when Sallyann joined the US Government program KAPOW as a volunteer. Since then, she honed skills in human learning and innovations, giving herself a period of a decade to prepare herself to lay down the foundations of GLEAC.
In 2017, as the Chief Curator of People at Careem, Sallyann started experimenting with data science that would later formulate the GLEAC algorithms. In 2018, GLEAC MVP was built, and within a month, PwC signed the first contract to test it out. GLEAC also tried to gain traction in the University and Schools market but to no avail.
In 2019, GLEAC signed the first major frontline workers and managers client, Prada USA, who would then refer GLEAC's next 7+ clients in this vertical. And then started the community-building trajectory for GLEAC.
In 2020, as COVID-19 hit worldwide and the demand for human skills rose higher than ever before. GLEAC closed its first 6 figure contract for Expo 2020 with a potential 25m users to be on-boarded.
In 2021, GLEAC received Seed Funding led by Juvo Ventures at a $10m valuation. GLEAC B2B SaaS Platform and B2C product come to market in the last quarter.
In 2022, GLEAC launched the second version of its B2B freemium app. With this, it completed building its SaaS product offering to the B2B market. It also launched its Lovely Humans NFT marketplace and started talking to investors about its Series A raise.
Mission
GLEAC’s mission is to advance the understanding, practice, and impact of global leadership and intercultural communication in the 21st century. It strives to create and disseminate knowledge, build competencies, and empower individuals and organisations to successfully navigate diverse contexts and cross-cultural interactions, and to foster collaboration, and peace.
Vision
GLEAC aims to tranform the traditional way of learning. In the Dinis Guarda YouTube interview, Sallyann said:
“Even if we have had cohort-based learning, that's not how we learn. Learning requires practice that builds neuroplasticity. So, I knew, I had to make learning micro level, and be available to where we are, not going to apps. So, I designed learning that was short. And additionally, I connect you to experts who share their feedback and utilise those learning by creating opportunities.”

Products and Services
GLEAC offers its innovative ‘Lovely Humans’ app to create NFTs of profiles of over 500 top level industry experts in Web 3.0. With this, it offers individual interaction and talk show sessions with these experts. Sallyann told Dinis in the interview that these sessions are recorded and could be used in any of the following methods:
“One: Any new invention in those conversations could result in an IP that will be co-owned by both parties. Second: The developed product in the talk show can be tokenised and utilised in various ways. Third: This session also opens your avenues to be a part of GLEAC's community that fosters further innovation and support for new and budding talents.”
These session capsules are also entitled to the metaverse library of work, which is more interactive and inclusive for all.
