The Content Production and Distribution segment offers Canal 13 channels, amplitude modulation/frequency modulation radio broadcast stations, and Radio Mitre and La 100, as well as produces content for television, movies and radio, and cable television signals; and organizes sporting events. The company was founded in 1945 and is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Grupo Clarín S.A. is a subsidiary of GC Dominio S.A.
History

Grupo Clarín was founded in 1945 by Roberto Noble and his two sons, Carlos and Ernesto, who started with a single newspaper, the Clarín. The next year, 1946, the business expanded to radio broadcasting, and 1978 it occupied the television market with Canal 13. In the following years, until the early 2000s, the Grupo continued to expand into several different branches like the publishing, press, and internet.
