The Auto Pacific Group segment manufactures and markets towing, trailering, functional accessories, and associated products for the automotive aftermarket and original equipment manufacturer customers. The Davey segment provides pumps and pressure systems for household and farm water; water transfer pumps; swimming pool products; spa bath controllers; and pumps and water purification equipment. The company was incorporated in 1958 and is based in Altona North, Australia.
History

GUD Holdings Limited (GUD) was founded in 1915 as the General United Distributors in Australia. The company began as a small wholesaler and grew steadily. Throughout its long history, the company has been involved in a diverse range of industries, from automotive and industrial components to consumer products such as fabrics, appliances and flexible packaging. Today, GUD is an Australian-based diversified manufacturing, marketing and distribution group with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the United States and Canada.
