History

HR REIT is a publicly traded real estate investment trust that was founded in 2009. The company was originally established as a spin-off of Hines Real Estate Investment Trust in order to focus on the acquisition and management of commercial real estate in the United States and Canada. The company has since grown to become one of the largest publicly traded REITs in North America.
