Hala ElMiniawi

Dr. Hala Elminiawi is an accredited trainer, business and academic consultant, author and award-winning expert in human resources management and sustainable development with over 30 years of experience in education, leadership, and career development. She has designed and delivered training programmes for universities, educators, corporate professionals, and government entities globally. 

She serves as a board member and academic advisor at the London Intercultural Centre and also holds a key position as academic consultant at the London Intercultural Academy, contributing to intercultural understanding and sustainable business practices. She is also a Business Development Consultant at GLG and the Regional President for the Global Union for Innovations, Development, and Education (GUIDE), contributing to global education, innovation, and sustainable business practices.

Dr. Hala is also an accomplished author, having written nine books on intellectual development, such as Secrets Of Living, Born To Lead, available on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon. Her works have been showcased at international book fairs. She has spoken at events like the Global Academic Congress in Dubai, also served as a Professional Speaker at TESOL International Association and received the UAE Award for Distinguished Performance (2014) and recognition at AIMS London 2023 for her contributions to education, leadership, and sustainability. 

Dr. Hala specialises in leadership, performance management, decision-making, and entrepreneurship, particularly for young Emirati women. Her educational technology and career development research has been presented at the Arab Women Leadership Summit (2014/2015) and the ALAA Congress in Australia.

Additionally, she was a corporate trainer at Octagon Business Consultancy, focusing on leadership strategies, workforce management, and professional development.
 

She holds a PhD in Human Resources Management and Sustainable Development and an MBA in Leadership and Performance Management. Her research on educational technology and self-learning has been published in Procedia - Social and Behavioral Sciences.
