She holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from The University of Queensland (2017-2018), a Master’s Degree in Language Communication Skills from Hult International Business School (2004-2005), and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Damascus University (1986-1991). She also completed an Associate’s Degree in Education with a minor in Psychology from Damascus University in 1985. Dr. ElMiniawi has worked with universities, businesses, and government institutions, designing training programmes and research projects.

 

Dr. Elminiawi has designed and delivered corporate training and consultations for government and private organisations across multiple countries. Her expertise lies in leadership, performance management, decision-making, and entrepreneurship, particularly among young Emirati women.
