Hightouch is a data and AI platform founded in 2018 by Kashish Gupta, Tejas Manohar, and Joshua Curl in San Francisco. They aimed to create a platform that allows marketing teams to activate customer data directly from their data warehouse, leading to the development of Hightouch.
Initially, Hightouch focused on a travel booking Slackbot. However, after realising the potential of enabling business and marketing teams to activate customer data, they pivoted to build a platform that sits on top of an organisation’s existing data infrastructure. In 2019, Hightouch participated in Y Combinator's Summer batch, which provided early exposure and growth opportunities.
