The company was founded in 1919 and is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.

History

Hua Nan Financial Holdings Co., Ltd. was established in September 1979 as the first financial holding company in Taiwan. Following the demise of its parent company, Hua Nan Commercial Bank, the company was restructured and listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange in 1989.
