History

Innodis was founded in 1928 by husband and wife team John and Mary Smith. The original retail store opened in Johannesburg offering the public a variety of different products and services. Over the years, the company has expanded its retail offerings and now has over 500 stores across the country. In 2010, Innodis was acquired by Walmart.
