History

Intelbras was founded in 1975 by two telecommunications engineers, Paulo de Tarso Pires Feres and Hermes Chipp. The company initially focused on creating communication systems between businesses and customers. Today Intelbras is one of the largest producers and distributors of telecommunications, networking, security and consumer electronics products in Brazil.
