History

The International Soccer Academy was founded in 2020 in the United States with the goal of providing a unique pathway for talented North American soccer players to play and train in Europe. The founders of the academy recognized that many talented players in North America do not have the same opportunities as their European counterparts to develop their skills and showcase their talent on a global stage. The academy's mission was to change that by offering North American players the chance to play and train in Europe with the best-in-class coaching and facilities.

The academy quickly gained traction and expanded to include teams at prestigious clubs in Germany, such as Schalke 04, Hertha Berlin, and Sportwerk. The academy's approach to development is customized for each center and involves expert UEFA A Licensed coaches who combine best-in-class European methodology and coaching with American physicality and athleticism. All aspects of the academy's integrated teams, including matches, staff, education, cultural exchange, and facilities, exceed the expectations of their players.

The academy has a rigorous scouting process, both live and virtual, to ensure that only the most talented players are placed in their European rosters. The academy also provides individualized development programs and exposure opportunities that have led players to top professional organizations and prestigious universities. The academy's focus is on building smart, physically prepared, and mentally strong players who can succeed at the highest level.

The International Soccer Academy is committed to its players' success even after they complete their programs. The academy continues to mentor its players by arranging trials in professional clubs, signing contracts, or returning home to play collegiate soccer.
