Founded in 2006, IT2Profit is specialised in providing training and coaching services for all IT management profiles; Blockchain and DLT Services, ICT Services, and Outsourcing evaluations. The company uses its extensive experience, knowledge, and methodologies to help its clients drive profit.
Coming from a science background, Bart Smets started his career as a technician at Europdata Systems, where he evolved to Manager RF (Sales, Project Management and Product Management). He further developed his knowledge in field force automation by joining TheCoca-ColaCompany. Bart left the Coca-Cola Company in 2005 to start up his own IT Consultancy company, IT2Profit, in order to guide other companies and suppliers in the complex material of dealing with optimal organisational performance, suppliers, outsourcing, business development, and innovation processes.
The company's mission is to drive and establish change to reach sustainable performance by focusing on the entire value chain and all possibilities. Long term sustainable value creation is the essence of their focus. Their motto is to make themselves obsolete once the company's mission is completed.
