Olguin of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School. Mr. Chervinsky specializes in litigation and government enforcement actions involving digital assets. He is a leading commentator on legal issues related to the blockchain industry and is frequently quoted by prominent media outlets on developments in the cryptocurrency space.
