After graduation, she worked as a business developer with JolieBox and then moved on to become the Strategy and Operating manager for Birchbox. It was during her time with Birchbox that she met Quentin Vacher, with whom she co-founded Frichti in 2015.

Julia and Quentin were tired of coming home late at night and having to settle for unhealthy take-out and delivery options. They saw an opportunity to provide high-quality, homemade food that was both healthy and convenient. And so, Frichti was born. The app made it easy for customers to order fresh, seasonal dishes with no preservatives.
