History

KAYAC was founded in April 1998 by Daisuke Yanasaka and Kentaro suzuki, two college students from the Tokyo Institute of Technology. In 1999, the company opened its first office in Fukuoka and began providing web development services. In 2002, KAYAC opened shops in Tokyo, Osaka and Hiroshima. In 2006, the company began providing services for games and mobile applications. In 2009, KAYAC launched its own advertising network, Is-factory. In 2016, KAYAC made its entrance into the venture capital business with the establishment of KAYAC Capital Fund.
