It also undertakes BOT and HAM (hybrid annuity model) projects. The company was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Hyderabad, India.
History

Knr Constructions was established in 1968 by two proficient civil engineers, Kakani Narayana Rao and Raja Ratnam. Over the years, the company gained expertise in constructing both residential and commercial buildings. Since then, the company has been involved in numerous contemporary projects, such as malls, restaurants, IT parks, corporate houses, villas, etc. The company has grown from strength to strength and is now one of the leading construction companies in India.
