History

KTH Royal Institute of Technology, also known as Kungliga Tekniska högskolan, is Sweden's largest and most respected technical university. It was founded in Stockholm in 1827 as a part of a broader effort to modernize and industrialize Sweden in the aftermath of the Napoleonic Wars.
