Kushank pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science in Computer Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University, graduating in 2018. During his academic tenure, he excelled in his studies, achieving multiple Dean’s Honour Roll distinctions. He participated in several projects, including developing a blockchain smart contract using Solidity and leading the creation of a wireless posture-correcting wearable device prototype. He also co-led his university to victory in the Deloitte ThinkTech Competition 2017, where his team developed innovative technology solutions for real-world business challenges.

After completing his education, Kushank gained professional experience in various roles. From 2014 to 2015, he worked as a Project Manager at SAP, managing tech-driven solutions. He later joined Freelancer.com as a Technical Product Consultant, where he collaborated with startups and Fortune 500 companies to build user-focused software products. In 2021, he worked at Affinity as a Tech Vertical Lead, focusing on expanding the company’s presence in the United States.
