History

Leigh Creek Energy Limited (LCK) was incorporated in 2013 for the purpose of acquiring the Leigh Creek Energy Project (LCEP) from Alinta Energy. LCK listed on the ASX in December 2014, successfully raising $66.8 million from Australian and international institutional investors. LCK’s Board of Directors and management team possess a wealth of experience in the development, operations and financing of Australia’s leading energy and infrastructure projects.
