Lekhana Reddy is a data-driven content creator and AI educator who founded the platform Storytelling by Data in 2021. Through her work, she has helped more than 300 professionals transition into AI roles and mentored over 1,000 learners in their education and career journeys.

She has over six years of experience in the corporate sector, combining technical knowledge with content creation to simplify complex AI and data topics for non-technical audiences. Her initiatives include newsletters, online courses, and video content, achieving over 12,000 newsletter subscribers with a high engagement rate. She has collaborated with organisations such as Coursera, Dice, and edX to promote responsible AI practices.

Lekhana has held positions as a Senior Data Governance Analyst at ServiceLink, she implemented data governance programmes, and automated processes, and migrated systems to Azure. Her earlier roles include being a Business Intelligence Analyst, where she developed dashboards, predictive models, and KPIs. At BlastPoint, she worked on data management, database optimisation, and automation.

Lekhana holds a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Supply Chain Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has also completed certifications in AI Product Management and data governance.

Lekhana has also contributed to social causes through organisations like Bhumi and Make-A-Wish Foundation. She has been featured in Voyage Dallas Magazine and recognised as an "AI Creator to Know" by Edelman in 2025.

Lekhana pursued higher education with a focus on business and data analytics. She earned a Master’s degree in Data Analytics from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology and an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She also completed certifications in AI Product Management and data governance, equipping her with technical and managerial expertise.

Lekhana began her professional career in 2017 as a Data Analyst at BlastPoint, where she worked on data management, optimising databases, and developing automation frameworks using Python. She also gained experience in data cleaning, backend testing, and database updates. From 2018 to 2020, she worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst, where she developed KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models. Her responsibilities included analysing business models and creating algorithms for time series forecasting.

In 2020, Lekhana transitioned into data governance roles at ServiceLink. As a Data Governance Analyst, she implemented workflows, managed data dictionaries, and improved data literacy among teams. Later, as a Senior Data Governance Analyst, she led initiatives to automate data processes, migrate systems to Azure, and establish governance frameworks that increased data-driven decision-making within the organisation.

In 2021, Lekhana founded Storytelling by Data, a platform designed to simplify AI and data science education for non-technical audiences. Under her leadership, the platform gained over 150,000 followers across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. She developed a diverse content portfolio, including newsletters, videos, and courses, empowering over 300 professionals to transition into AI roles and mentoring more than 1,000 learners. Lekhana’s strategies increased newsletter subscriptions by 70%, with over 12,000 subscribers and a 40% open rate, surpassing industry benchmarks. She also partnered with organisations like Coursera, edX, and Dice to promote responsible AI practices. She hosted the show “Inspiring Data Stories” and collaborated with other creators to leverage influencer marketing.

Lekhana has worked on several notable projects, including data analysis for aviation delays and employee attrition. She has been recognised for her contributions, including being featured in Voyage Dallas Magazine and listed as an "AI Creator to Know" by Edelman in 2025. Her social contributions include volunteering with Bhumi, where she organised fundraising events, and Make-A-Wish Foundation, where she fulfilled the wishes of children with life-threatening illnesses. She has also been an active member of AIESEC and Toastmasters, focusing on education, leadership, and public speaking.

Currently, Lekhana is focused on expanding Storytelling by Data, working as a Co-Founder and CMO at Keysha, and co-hosting the talk show Mindful Of. She continues to promote AI education, mentoring individuals and collaborating with organisations to simplify complex technologies for practical use.
