Lucas Energy was founded in 2007 with a focus on acquiring and developing energy assets primarily in the Western U.S. Since then, the company has grown to become a leading independent oil and gas company. In 2014, the company increased its focus on mature, lower-risk assets in order to increase its returns and position itself for long-term success.
