History

MagForce AG was founded as a bio-test GmbH in 1997. It went public on December 15, 2000, linking it to the German SMAX, now the NYSE. Since then, the Company has had a solid financial standing that includes strong growth, profitability and cash flow.

MagForce strives to be the preeminent nanomedicine company in the world, developing, manufacturing and commercializing advanced tailor-made nanotherapies in the fight against cancer.
