Magnetic, born out of the union between innovation consultancy Fluxx and award-winning digital design studio magneticNorth, has a rich history steeped in over 30 years of collective experience. The merger, solidified in 2022, marked a pivotal moment for the organizations as they joined forces to become an independent design and innovation powerhouse. This strategic collaboration aimed to fuel post-pandemic business growth and redefine the landscape of design thinking and innovation in the UK.

Magnetic was recognised as a leading management consultant and workplace of the year 2021 by The Financial Times and The Telegraph, and UK’s Leading Management Consultant 2022 by Financial Times and Statista.

Innovation Festival 2024 is a flagship initiative by Magnetic, aiming to supercharge businesses and accelerate growth. Throughout March, the festival offers a series of free events in London and Manchester, featuring two panel discussions, three TED-style talks, and four skills workshops.
