The company was formerly known as PT Gracia Dinamika Multifinance and changed its name to PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk in March 1997. The company was founded in 1983 and is based in Central Jakarta, Indonesia. PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk is a subsidiary of PT Jayamandiri Gemasejati.
