History
In 1911, a group of entrepreneurs and local business owners founded the bank to serve the local community, and for more than a century, the bank has operated as a business-oriented neighborhood financial institution in the Chicago area. In 1998, MB Financial, Inc. was formed as a bank holding company, and the entity has since grown to become one of the largest publicly traded banking companies in Chicago.
