History
MegaChips was established in 1990 as a joint venture between Japan's Oki Electric and U.S.-based Motorola Inc. Since then, the company has grown by offering a range of complex, analog and mixed-signal system solutions. In 2012, MegaChips listed its shares on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, becoming the first fabless company to do so in Japan.
